Happy Monday, all! Sorry to disappoint, but my weekly “Mani Monday” post is a no-go, as next week is going to be a rather nail-destroying week at work. Why bother making pretty if it’s all going to chip off the very next day? But I think I can make up for the lack of finger-pretty. What say you fine folk to a little giveaway?
New for Fall at Bath & Body Works is Paris Amour – described as a “bubbly blend of white tulips and pink champagne”. Among the top notes are freesia and apple blossom, with french tulip and lily filling in the mid notes, and coconut milk and french vanilla rounding out the dry notes. The fragrance is soft, sweet and airy, and would be well suited for any age group. If you were a fan of Blushing Cherry Blossom, this one would be worth checking out! Official release date of this fragrance is August 12th, with a big launch party scheduled for 11AM to 4PM on August 13th at Bath & Body Works stores.

Winner will be selected using a random number generator (random.org), and will receive a mini “ritual” set of this new fragrance: 3oz Fragrance Mist, 3oz Body Lotion, and 3oz Shower Gel. Oh man! I’ve never been to a Bath & Body Works before – I don’t think we have them in the UK – but this sounds niiiice. Freesia, vanilla and apple blossom are high on my list of awesome scents. ♥
My favourite ever fragrance is a hard choice, but overall it’s Hugo Boss Deep Red. It’s one of my mother’s favourites as well – it suits her better than me, but it doesn’t stop me adoring the fragrance. I just love how the top note is fruity and fresh, yet the heart and base notes are something so much warmer. It reminds me of a dark autumn’s night.

I loved Lemon Vanilla from last year’s Summer Vanillas. I’m really sad that they discontinued it in lieu of a Coconut line as I’m not a fan at all of Coconut fragrance and those are dominated by it as opposed to being balanced.

I really like their coconut and lemon vanilla scents and also Twilight Woods. Haven’t bought any of their stuff in forever but it’s my favorite place to sniff in the mall. hehe
